Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unfollowify mobile application ("the App"), provided by Callstack Collective. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

By accessing or using Unfollowify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Unfollowify provides analytics and insights based on data manually exported by users from their Instagram accounts via Instagram’s official “Download Your Information” feature. The App processes this data locally on your device, and no Instagram data is transmitted to external servers.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. Any use of Instagram’s name or assets is solely for descriptive purposes. If Instagram restricts or disables access to their data export tools in the future, Unfollowify may only offer demo/sample data to explore app functionality.

You agree to:

• Only import data you have a legal right to access and analyze.
• Maintain the privacy and security of your own device and app data.
• Use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and Instagram’s own Terms of Service.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the App’s functionality or content.
• Accept sole responsibility for any use of Instagram via the in-app browser, including account restrictions or bans.
   

Unfollowify, including its design, features, trademarks, logos, codebase, and associated content, is the intellectual property of Callstack Collective. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the App except as permitted under these Terms.

To help you request and retrieve Instagram data, Unfollowify uses an embedded WebView to load official Instagram pages (e.g., login, data request). The App injects guidance code to visually highlight fields and help you navigate, but does not intercept or collect login data or session tokens.

The WebView is under your full control and functions as a secure browsing session to Instagram.com. All authentication is handled directly by Instagram.

Unfollowify does not rely on external APIs or services for user tracking, login, or analytics. While Instagram functionality is accessed through your WebView session, we have no control over Instagram’s website, and your interaction with their services is governed by their own policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callstack Collective shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App.
• Bans, suspensions, or other actions taken by Instagram against your account.
• Changes or discontinuation of Instagram’s data export tools or APIs.
• Data loss, corruption, or device malfunctions.
• Misuse or misinterpretation of app analytics or guidance features.

Use of Unfollowify is at your own risk.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free performance
• Compatibility with Instagram’s current or future systems
• Accuracy or completeness of analytics

We may modify or discontinue features without notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the App and/or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice, for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or technical concerns.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
